SleepMaxer (“SleepMaxer,” “the app,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app accesses, how it is used, and how it is stored.
SleepMaxer is designed to limit data collection as much as possible. The app primarily uses on-device processing and Apple services such as CloudKit and iCloud for syncing. We do not operate our own backend servers to store your sleep records or app restriction selections.
SleepMaxer does not require you to create a separate username and password account.
If iCloud is enabled on your device, the app may use Apple’s CloudKit framework to sync your app data across your Apple devices. This data is stored in your iCloud account using Apple’s infrastructure.
We do not receive your Apple ID password, and we do not provide Google, Facebook, or other third-party login systems.
With your permission, SleepMaxer may read and write certain sleep-related data using Apple HealthKit.

SleepMaxer uses Apple frameworks such as FamilyControls, ManagedSettings, and DeviceActivity to support app restriction and schedule-based blocking features.
When you choose apps or categories to restrict, Apple provides the app with system-managed tokens or identifiers needed to apply those restrictions. SleepMaxer uses that information only to run the features you enable.
This information is used locally on your device to enforce your settings.
SleepMaxer may use third-party service providers to help us with crash reporting, diagnostics, and product analytics.

Data stored locally remains on your device until you delete it, delete the app, or remove it through your device settings.
Data synced through CloudKit remains in your iCloud account until you delete it from the app, remove the app’s data from iCloud, or otherwise remove it through Apple’s systems.
Diagnostics and analytics data is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for troubleshooting, product improvement, and internal analysis.
SleepMaxer is not directed to children under the age at which consent is required under applicable law, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
If you believe a child has provided us information inappropriately, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and may provide notice within the app or through the App Store listing where appropriate.
